How can I track my order?
Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email from our customer care team confirming your Tracking number. You will then be able to track your order from our door to yours!
There is an issues with my order, what do I do?
We are so sorry to hear that you have an issue, if you could send an email to help@kolabottles.co.uk our customer service team will ensure that any issue is resolved in a timely manner, to ensure that you can enjoy your tasty Pick and Mix Sweets.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Unfortunately at this moment we are only able to ship the best Pick & Mix sweets to the UK.
When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped from our base in Kent, your order will be sent on a fully tacked service and you can expect the receive your sweets within 3 -5 working days using our standard shipping service.
